The Croatian Association for Lifestyle Medicine, in collaboration with the University of Split School of Medicine and the University of Split Faculty of Kinesiology, is organizing the 2nd Croatian Congress of Lifestyle Medicine with International Participation, which will take place from April 26th to 28th, 2024, at the University of Split School of Medicine.

For the second time in Croatia, we will gather top experts in the fields of medicine, kinesiology, nutrition, and psychology to exchange knowledge on the prevention, treatment, and management of chronic non-communicable diseases.

"From Theory to Practice" is a professional congress where we will present topics such as lifestyle prescriptions, tools in lifestyle medicine, the importance of resistance training, how food can be medicine, how and why to improve sleep, how to initiate change, and much more!
