The creative hub PROSTOR is managed by Culture Hub Croatia (CHC), a non-profit organization. 

The mission of this non-profit organization is to create an inclusive space for networking among creatives, as well as the development and implementation of projects of social interest in the fields of education, culture, and arts, primarily through collaboration and involvement in partnerships at the local and international levels. This is nurtured by values of transparency and mutual trust, often experimenting beyond traditional modes of operation and questioning established social norms.
