Diocletian Gala Evening Postponed Due to Weather Conditions

We hereby inform the public that the Diocletian Gala Evening, despite great anticipation and extensive preparations, must be postponed due to renewed forecasts of unfavorable weather conditions.

This is a demanding and highly artistic program involving the participation of a large number of artists and technical staff, as well as complex lighting and sound direction. Both the performance itself and the full-day preparations that precede it require optimal weather conditions to ensure the program can be presented at the level deserving of the audience and the City of Split.

Despite the postponement, we emphasize that the project is fully prepared and, with its important charitable purpose, will take place in late spring 2026.

The entire organizational and artistic team is proud of the artistic level achieved and the project’s purpose, particularly the rehearsal held at the Peristyle, attended by over 500 visitors. Their enthusiasm confirms that Split and its audience recognize the value of this event.

Guided by this experience and the positive reactions, we are confident that next year we will deliver an unprecedented artistic spectacle, a source of pride for Split, Croatia, and all those involved in this unique project.
