The Croatian Association of Visual Artists Split (HULU Split), in collaboration with the Gallery of Fine Arts Split, under the patronage of the City of Split and the Ministry of Culture and Media, proudly announces the celebration of the hundredth anniversary of Salon Galić.

Salon Galić, a symbol of art in Split in the first half of the 20th century, marks its centennial jubilee. This ceremony is dedicated to the promotion and exploration of the rich history of visual arts in the city.

The event will include:

• Publishing of a monograph on Salon Galić, providing deeper insight into its history and contribution to the Split and Croatian art scene.
   
• Organization of an exhibition featuring seminal works from Salon Galić, as well as the presentation of exhibition posters, catalogs, and other printed materials from that period.
   
• A series of lectures throughout the year led by the authors of the monograph, enabling in-depth analysis of various aspects of Salon Galić's history.

Join us on this special evening as we commemorate the century-old legacy of one of the most significant gallery spaces in Split and highlight its importance in the city's cultural heritage.
